Roger Humphrey - Design & Programming Specialist
Roger has a degree in computer sciences and has over 20 years experience in custom design work. He oversees our creative design on a variety of platforms and operating systems. He has worked within small and medium sized companies as well as large media companies, in Australia and Europe. His primary focus is on the graphics and design concepts for our SME business clients.
Phil Cvetovac- CEO & Marketing Director
In a short period of time Philip has grown several of his own companies and new brand concepts to be market leaders. This includes creating businesses from start-ups to selling off these same businesses to their rival competitors. He has studied business and marketing at Swinburne University and has a 20 year track record of high achievement in all areas of sales and marketing.
Rupert Borrell-National Sales Manager
Rupert began his sales & marketing career in London, England with Nashua corporation and later emigrated to South Africa to manage the Johannesburg sales team. He has worked in Australia for over 15 years, most recently as a top 10% contract sales agent for blue chip companies like Fuji Xerox, Ricoh and Upstream Print Technologies.
Abdullah Razee - IT Development & Support Manager
Abdullah provides ongoing system support services to all eGrowth clients, including domain and hosting service as well as integration of web development programs to existing operating systems, ERP database and ecommerce solutions. His team, has the skills and experience to deliver all types of ecommerce projects for businesses large and small.

1999 – A Creative Entrepreneurial Spirit is Born
Frustrated & Tired of working for the man, Phil Cvetovac goes about in setting up his own print distribution business under the name of “Digital Print Solutions”.
Distributing Products for Ricoh and later, Fuji Xerox, the business is a great success, with Phil setting sales records,almost from day 1.
2006 – Today we do print – Tomorrow the World!
Phil stumbles across a lucrative gap in the automotive financial services market and within 3 years, now employs over 20 staff across Australia, has a turnover of $5m p.a and eventually sells off to his main competitor.
2011 – Collaboration of Resources & e Growth is born
After almost 20 years of hard knocks, old school sales wisdom, a collaboration of friends, colleagues, fans and family get together to assemble a highly talented team. This is a dedicated company of professionals who are committed to bringing to the SMB market space, a quality of service, professional image and a value proposition, never before seen in this market space.
